About Center for Education:
For more than 60 years, the Middle East Institute has been offering unique, engaging, and affordable Middle Eastern language instruction in the Washington, D.C. area for students and professionals of all proficiency levels. As a department, we are proud to employ experienced, native-speaking instructors — many of whom also teach at D.C. universities and train employees of federal agencies and international organizations. Evening classes meet twice, weekly in a semi-intensive format for a period of 8 weeks. Private instructors provide more intensive and personalized lessons to meet individual student learning goals.
